Stick with Aspeenwood, usually goes by quicker and if u keep winning the faction piles up lol.

I believe one of the aims of the major update was to bring fresh life to JQ and FA.... which Lynsey mentioned in the interview she did. It has worked and people are there again.

FA and JQ give more rewards, are tbh more enjoyable, and I think are fine. AB kinda always sucked, but there is more choice now. If want to AB you can, if want to FA or JQ you can. If want to avoid all of that and Vanquish then you can.

More choice to the people.... it's better I think....

I AB'd to r10. I'd welcome a change to how much faction it gives out or different modes/maps SOMETHING. Just something to bring back the fun in AB..even if it means more waiting ~.~

Although, tbh I do enjoy JQ more then AB. Less waiting and doesn't take as long to finish

This is the reason I think it should be increased, I feel that all the different forms of gaining faction should have a similar time to faction ratio. That way its just a choice of what you want to do so you don't get bored maxing a tedious title the most efficient way.

i think the actual faction per game is fine. what really needs to be changed is something ELSE (i think someone said something like new maps) that drives people to AB and therefore less waiting time, more games, and a good amount of faction compared to JQ.

There's alot more to do about factions, than just increasing Faction Points that you gain for winning battles.

- The Whole thing of points must be fixed. it can't be, that you get for all 3 kinds of Battles 3 different amounts of points as reward. Example for Kurzicks:

Win Fort Aspenwood: 2500 Points
Win Jade Quarry: 3500 Points !!! and those batttles are alot quicker done, than winning in Aspenwood or in an Alliance Battle, because it just requires to get 10 Points 1st to win in Jade and if you have luck with your team mates and they have good builds and are no noobs, then is the win very quick in your bag.

Winning an AB should give 7500 Points imo, this way it becomes again interestign enough over the two competivive missions. Making AB's should be the quickest way for maxing the faction titles

Also the points of Aspenwood should be increased to 5000 Points, so that it matchs more up with the alot quicker made Jade Quarry Battles.
In the time you make 1 Aspenwood Battle, you can easily make like 2 Jade Battles and even if you lose both Jade Battles, you get in the end more Points, as for the 1 silly aspenwood win, that took ages >.<

Although the kurzick side in aspenwood has to get more ways to get points, while battling.
Luxons can make points for destroying the gates for the first time...4 gates a 300 points are alone 1200 points, that they make, without even winning the battle, while the points of kurzicks depend only on the status of that silly cannon

Instead of this, it should be so, that bringing the first time amber to any of the 3 gate npcs should give 500 Points, this way Kurzick point gainage would be equal to the Luxons. And Luxons should receive for breakign the gates instead of 300 > 375 Points.
This way both sides would be able to receive 1500 Points, even if they don't win, just by breaking all the gates once/ giving all the gate npc's once amber.

And then the points for winning can be increased from 1000 to 3500, to that it sums up to as said 5000 Points and Aspenwood becomes then more equal to the Jade Quarry, but would be still then under an AB, when it gets increased to 7500 Points.
If AB is then too fast, maybe the points for winning can be then increased from 500 to 750 or so... so that an AB takes slightly longer...

Other Point:

Anet has to do alot more against leechers, saboteurs and leavers in the competitive missions -.-
the report system is simple shit, it helps in no damn way. The dishonor system is a bad joke, its no real punishment that really stops people from being antisocial scum.

I tryed last time for several hours to win a single RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOing battle on the luxon side in Jade Quarry - every stupid team had ever at least 1 leecher, 1 kurzick saboteur, who leaved ASAP as the battle starts, mostly often it are antisocial monks, which really deserve it to be instant perma banned for their antisocial behavior, because with their behavior, they destroy the game !!! same as leechers do.
How should you win a Battle as Luxon in Jade quarry, when direct after the battles starts you are direct ever 2 or even more people lesser >.>
There is no COMPITITION anymore, if so much people leech and sabotate on the Luxon site >.< and its clear, why kurzicks win in last time so easily often in the jade Quarry (i made before the try lots of points for kurzicks there), when the other side gets permanently corrupted by an overwhelming amount of leechers and saboteurs from the other side.

Anet must finally work alot stronger against leechers and saboteurs at the competitive missions and any other pvp places with "random groups"
It's a shame, thta there are so much idiots in they game, which destroy the game, and Anet does NOTHING against them, than just ignoring it, it seems - doing so, as if never would have been something >.>

The Report System needs a vital improvement:

1. peoples must be reportable, EVER, regardless of the fact, where the reported player is in the moment.
You type in /report name, and then the report has to go through - no RED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GORED ENGINE GOing annoying messages anymore, the Asshole X is not in your party/district or somethign like this ...

2. there needs to be finally a strong executive, which leads sooner or later to a perma ban, if the reported players dont stop their reasonable actions for the report immediately.
it must give a Report Counter, which records Reports... and when this Counter reaches at a day a certain amount of points, then it should lead tirect to a ban!!! so simple

1st time a temporaly ban of say 24 hours... the next time a ban of 3 days, after that the perma ban, if the idiot still is a leecher/saboteur and won't learn it to stop leeching/sabotating...

Next Point:

Competitive Missions/AB must become alot more attractive, so that those things run alot more fluid.
Nothign is more annoying, than to see how the dumb counter runs down like 15+ times down to zero and still no battle starts !!

Competitive Missions/AB need more more rewards, other than just only Faction Points, which are only important for those dumb two titles or for trading amber/jade, but there needs to be more!!!


players should be imo able to trade Points also for the Kurzick/Luxon Elite-Armor Parts for example

Say for example: The Kurzick/Luxon-Boots/Arm Protectors/Helm will cost you 10000 Points
The Upper Body Armor will cost 50000 Points and the Lower Body Armor 35000 Points.
This way Playerx would have a bit more to spend Faction Points for...

Imo this should also be the only way to receive these Armors!!! Let this then count also for Double Points, and it will although reduce a bit of the title grind..

Give 50k points for the Upper Body Armor, get 100k Points on the title ^^ That I'd call sweet!!

Then it would be great, to have also Minipets as rewards for giving enough points to the NPC...

Say for example: Give the Luxon NPC 1.000.000 Points, and you'll receive as reward an Naga Minipet!!

Give the Kurzick-NPC 1.000.000 Points, and you'll receive an Oni Minipet

Give the Luxon AB-NPC 1.000.000 Points, and you'll receive an Island Guardian as pet
Give the Kurzick AB-NPC 1.000.000 Points and you will receive a Panda as pet

Those donated points would not give double points then ...

Such things would create huge interest on playing the competitive missions/AB.
I say you, implement minipets as rewards to CM/AB's, and those areas will be instantly flooded by tons of players, making them fluid features, where players don't will have to wait anymore for battles to start !!!

plus also, it would reduce finally those total ridiculous prices for those minipets to a normal point and give at least 4 of those total rare minis finally a permanent ressource for new ones... and donating 1.000.000 Points for one is imo way enough.

another great reward could be very special Zodiac/Celestial-Weapons, which whould be green Weapons, that would be able to place into the Hall of Monuments.
Also receiveable for giving Faction Points to the Reward NPC.

Say each Weapon can you receive for 25000 Faction Points, and the points don't count doule.
11 items = 275000 Points, you would make by this way then ... but the monument would finally receive good looking weapon sets !!!

Anet should make it also possible, to trade 5k Faction Points for Z-keys !!!
it makes no difference, if i trade now 5k Balthazar Points for a key, or if i trade 5k Faction Points !!

This woudl reduce a bit the massive grind of the zaishen-title, especially about the ridiculous cost factor of 100 Million gold, if you want to "buy" the title. So there need to be more way ingame, to receive keys, other then only by HA, Xunlai House or tradign balthazar points..., so why not also too Faction Points???

Rewards could be some new eternal tonics, extra for those mssions/AB. for example:

- Eternal Tonic of Divinity - AB any side - transforms you into a Nian
- Eternal Tonic of Forests - Kurzick - transforms you into a Warden of Forests
- Eternal Tonic of Torn - Luxon - transforms you into a Jade Torn Kirin

same as the other stuff.. donate to the npoc enough faction points, and the thing is yours

such rewards would be motivating and interesting enough, tol ure massive amounts of players to the CM's and the AB...
Fact is, theres still alot to improve about Factions!!

They are both low tier forms of PvPvE. Besides influencing the faction boarder line (which is pretty meaningless) AB is not special.
well AB gives retardedly little faction when losing. Which is like 1 on 20 matches.
